- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
- Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
- We offer the following options:
- Standard Shipping: Affordable and reliable delivery.
- Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery for when you need it sooner.
- Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount—check our website for current promotions!
3. Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship to The United States & Canada
- If your country isn’t listed at checkout, contact us at support@hellolofigummies.com to inquire about availability.
4. Delivery Times

- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days

- 7-21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
- Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, weather, or carrier delays.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
- Use the tracking link to monitor your package’s progress. If you don’t receive it, check your spam folder or contact us at support@hellolofigummies.com.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date:
- Check your tracking information for updates.
- Contact us at support@hellolofigummies.com if it’s been more than 5 Days.
- We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a replacement/refund if it’s confirmed lost.
7. Damaged Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy and contact us within 7 days at support@hellolofigummies.com with photos of the damage.
8. Address Accuracy
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
- If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us ASAP at support@hellolofigummies.com. We’ll do our best to update it before shipment.
9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply, depending on your country’s regulations.
- These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
