Hello LoFi Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Hello LoFi Gummies! We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our Return and Refund Policy below to understand your options.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable for hygiene or legal reasons, including:
- Digital downloads (e.g., music files, digital art)
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@hellolofigummies.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you’re returning the item.
- We’ll respond within 2-3 business days with instructions and a return shipping address.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. (Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.)
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered:
- Contact us at support@hellolofigummies.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos of the issue.
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
6. Exchanges
We currently only offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items, subject to availability. If you’d like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days of approval:
- Check your bank or payment provider for pending transactions.
- Contact us at support@hellolofigummies.com if you still don’t see it.
